I know it's short notice, but I wanted to throw it out there that I'm going to hot yoga tonight at Breath Studio downtown at 5:30. ( http://www.breathepcola.com ) I know a couple of us talked about yoga before, I haven't been to this studio yet, but I've heard good things about it. It's $10 a class, but only $5 if you have a student I'd. If no one else wants to go, I'll post a recap and maybe we can go at another time, they have hot yoga 3 times a week.

    I have a massage at 5:00 so I can't make it.  I've never done yoga before so I might need to ease into that one.  Let us know how it goes though.

    Laner- Have you done hot yoga before? Bring towels! I've done regular yoga many times, but I did my first hot yoga this past weekend. We were dripping. I mean, seriously soaking wet. A few of the guys actually had puddles around their mat. I'm sure it's a good detox though. haha I felt great afterwards. It was a good workout.

    I've been one other time, but it was only around 85 degrees, I'm hoping this will be hotter. I used to go to a studio regularly in Navarre that had hot yoga once a month. The one time I went I sweated buckets, but I'm a nasty sweater anyways, lol. I've had a bloaty week, so I'm hoping this will help!

    Awesome. Have fun! I'm not sure how hot the studio was, but I sweat pretty easily too. I don't know how the girls in yoga pants did it. I wore shorts and a tank top because I hate sweating & having things stick to my legs. I really like the concept of it because I really do think the warm muscles help. I felt much more limber and like you said, I think it's probably great when you're feeling bloated. If it wasn't a 5 1/2 hr drive for me I'd totally go with you! Stick out tongue

    Report back! I'm going to the Ice Flyers game tonight or I would go with you. I'm not great at yoga but it would be nice to try. Have fun!
