As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Pilates in Alb/Schen?
I'd like to start taking pilates tower classes, probably private in the beginning, but am not sure where to take them. I found Latham Pilates, Core Pilates, and the Albany Pilates Center. Is one of these better than the other? Is there somewhere else I should try?

The Latham Pilates is super nice but they do not do traditional pilates. It's kinda weird.
I've done pilates in Troy at the movement lab and it's really great but the owner rubs me the wrong way. She is pretty snarky but she's good. However i don't go there anymore and I know many people who have stopped going there.
I have yet to try Albany Pilates but might soon.
Where have you taken before?
Thanks for the words of wisdom. I've only done pilates once before, in the DC area. I think I'll try Albany Pilates - will let you know if it's worthwhile!
