It's Friday and tonight will be the first night since Monday that H and I will get to spend more than an hour together which is great. I am in the mood to cook and/or bake and I was thinking of Chicken Pot Pie because I haven't had that in a while.
Any other suggestions? I'm going to play around online because I'm working really hard here at work to try and think of something different to cook tonight. If you have any suggestions I'll take it. My main ingredient tonight is..... drumbroll.... CHICKEN!! lol

Re: Tonight's Dinner...
Thanks for that suggestion Maddame.
VA, I don't have to cook, but I haven't been home all week (class and girls night last night) so I'm really looking forward to having a home cooked meal and being in my kitchen.
my go-tos for chicken are chicken parmesan (Martha Stewarts recipe is great) or chicken enchiladas...super easy
never made chicken pot pie...mostly bc i hate peas
but, it is comforting!
We're making empanadas tonight - I'm totally stoked!
Here is a Chicken Pot Pie Penne that is really good!
