...what bands/artists would play on your own radio station?? I'm hooked on Pandora right now, I just created 2 different stations based on different genres of music I like. I have alternative, country and pop stations and it's kind of genius because they are all bands I love listening to.

So who would you play all day if you could?!

This is hard for me because I depend on the radio to play new bands that I will like, to give me more variety than I would create myself. I love my Bloc Party and Marvin Gaye stations on Pandora. They give me all my favorites plus a few new ones.

I haven't been keeping up with new music at all, meaning in the last 5 years. So everything I like is older. I would have a jazz and blues station (including newer musicians that are jazz inspired like Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu, and Norah Jones). I would have an 80's station (the Police, Duran Duran, the Cars, Michael Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, Siouxie and the Banshees, etc). And a 90's station (Radiohead, R.E.M, Tori Amos, Depeche Mode, Lauryn Hill, Mary J Blige, Joan Osborne, etc).

I really like a lot of everything, but I think I would play deep cuts on albums and then lots of underground stuff. Things you wouldn't hear on the radio otherwise. I actually used to be a college DJ, and that's essentially what I did on my show.
