I want my son to go to bed early because I feel so horrible today. It's 70 out and I'm in sweats and a hoodie.
Also, my FIL wants to take Xander for the night tomorrow, but I don't think he's really ready for it so it most likely won't happen. I'm sure they will think it was me who said no, but Andrew and I are in agreement on this.

DH is buying a backup toy right now for our cruise b/c when we went on the HM the one we took broke and DH had to macguyver it to work that week.

Wanna hear a funny story??
I bought a silver bullet from one of those Suprise Parties awhile ago. I brought it home and showed Drew and he was playing around with the speeds and stuff on it. We weren't playing with it, he was just testing it, you know. Anyways, he gets done and lays it on the bed and we are just laying there talking. I prop myself up a few minutes later and see that Simon has chewed the thing apart. I had the bullet with a little piece of wire, a chunk of wire, and the remote with a little piece of wire. I was so sad because we hadn't even had a chance to use it and it was broken. Drew told me not to worry and rushed out to the garage. He came back in with some electrical tape and jimmy rigged the bullet and remote back together with this huge hunk of electrical tape in the middle. I have yet to use it because I'm so afraid that it'll electrocute me and Drew will come home to me dead in the bed, naked, playing with myself. That would be mortifying!!

we use to have one of those... then it broke and was a sad day!
i have nothing juicy to confess. i just spent $300 on concert tickets because even though i was online at exactly 10 am when they went on presale, all the as$hole ticket brokers bought them all up and i refuse to not go. i will try to get them at cost next friday when they go on sale to the public and then just sell these highly marked up ones on ebay for triple the price like the other jerks.
that was more of a vent. sorry. which is funny because i don't even care that i spent $300 on them. i care more about how it has become difficult to buy any highly popular concert tickets from ticketmaster (even at the exact moment they go on sale) because of brokers.
