When we were all on the Knot, I remember us talking about whether we would move to the Nest or not. So, do you Nest more or less than you thought you would back then?

It is about what I thought. I think I am more active now (even though still not quite as much) then I was on the Knot.

I just resigned my three mod positions on the Knot, but until last week I'd say I was at a 70% Knot, 30% Nest. Last week, I barely had time to check in at all! I don't know how the new balance is going to shake itself out.

I definitely Nest more than I thought - I think I wasn't originally even planning on Nesting, but then realized I missed TK and transitioned (since I didn't need to be there anymore) to TN.

I wasn't around during the days of the knot. So I don't think this applies much to me but, with my time on the nest I'd say I'm here about 80% and the other 20% I am lurking on other boards.

I don't think I've been on TK since this board officially moved over here. I definitely nest wayyy more than I thought. I was super active on the F&B board for about a year, then when I got pregnant I spent that time on July bump board.... now I occasionally post on the miscarriage board, and lurk on TTCAL.

I think all the time I used to spend on TK, reading weddingbee, and planning our wedding is now time I spend blogging and nesting....

I'm not on The Knot at all anymore (due to a severe wedding OD while planning), and I Nest WAY less than when I was on The Knot. I posted a lot on TK b/c I was still in law school and constantly on my laptop, but now The Nest is blocked at work so I mostly read/post from my phone and it's difficult to be REALLY active on the phone.

*sniff* I miss being Silver on The Knot though...sometimes I feel like I'm never going to get past Newbie on The Nest - and I've already been posting here for a year and a half!

I used to think that I wouldn't post on the nest at all. Once they moved the 8-09 board to the nest, I kept posting here and then branched out to a few other boards. To answer the question, I nest a lot more than I thought I would.

I didn't really discover TK until after the wedding and once it all switched over to TN I am finding myself checking it every day. I don't really post at all when Russ comes home, but I lurk every once in a while. So ya, I nest way more than I thought I would.

Overall I'm less active on the boards than I used to be, but regarding division of time, I'd say I'm like 80% Nest, 10% Knot and 10% Bump.

I post more than I thought I would. I told myself after the wedding was over I would really buckle down and work harder at work and stay off the internet. Ha ha...that didn't happen! I think I'd go crazy with out my internet breaks.

I was much more active on TK, but I was also not working at the time (well, I was a nanny for an infant who slept more often than not). I just recently came back to TN, and was surprised to see how many people stuck around. I try to get on at least once a day to see what you lovely ladies are up to.

The six months I stayed at home I never posted but read a good bit. Now that I am back at work I am about the same as I was when it was TK. I didn't think I would stick around after the wedding but I have to come see what you girls are up to.

I pretty much don't post on the knot anymore and I post way more now than I thought I would. Before marriage, I lived with my Dad in 'the county' and we had no good internet options so internetting took way too much time and effort. I heart DSL where I live now!

This exactly. Except for helping a friend get registered on TK, I haven't knotted at all since the wedding...
