Which dresser should I get??

I got a gift card to Overstock from my Aunt so I decided to look for a dresser since we still have to buy one. Our crib is the Graco Lauren in Espresso (http://www.amazon.com/Graco-Lauren-Classic-Crib-Espresso/dp/B00264HWKY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298310483&sr=8-1).

Which dresser do you like more and think would match best with the crib?

Choice 1 (in espresso): http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Roxy-4-drawer-Dresser/4470751/product.html

Choice 2: http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Bella-Changer-Chest/4154912/product.html?rcmndsrc=2

For choice 2 I don't know if the espresso or chocolate one would go better.

  • I like #2 & I think I'd go with Espresso.

  • I like #2 better too.  It's hard to tell from the pictures, I'd probably go with Espresso though.

  • I definitely like #2 better. They look pretty close in color, but I'd probably go with Espresso.

  • I'm the odd one out and think #1 would look better with the crib.
  • I like #2, BUT it is 8 inches shorter than #1. Are you hoping to use it as a spot to change LO?

Our dresser/changer is 38 inches tall and I love that I can stand up straight while changing diapers.

We did want to use the top as a changer and I was debating the height difference between the 2.  I am 5'3" and DH is 5'5" so I was trying to decide if #2 would be a better height for us than #1.

  • Well, if you're wanting to use it as a changing table, then I change my answer.  I'd go with #2.

If it helps, I am 5'3 and it is comfortable, IMO.

That is good to know since I wanted something that would be easy to use as a changing area and not have to hunch over too much or have it too tall.  Thanks!
