looking for realtors
hello ladies, me and the babes are looking for our first house. We are interested in a realtor in the dekalb county area like stone mountain,ga and surrounding areas. We plan to buy our first home in January of 2012. We are looking for a real great agent who can work with us as far as our credit (i.e. student loans). Are you sure you are looking for a buyers agent? Since you are looking for someone to work with your credit, you most likely need a Mortgage Agents rec no?
If you know what area you are looking to buy in then I personally don't see the point of a buyers agent. I used one to by my house and won't ben using one in the future. They are basically getting commission for letting you in houses. If you know what area you would like to live in you have the capability of looking on Realtor websites yourself and contacting the sellers agent. Offers and such can be made through the sellers agents as well.
