If I remember correctly you are a vegetarian...I think? Have you maintained it throughout your pregnancy?
I haven't eaten meat in 4 years and don't want to start now but I am trying to eat healthy and do everything right.
Any tips or tricks?
Re: **girl-23**
Yep, been vegetarian for, hmmm, almost nine years now.
I have maintained it during my pregnancy, only once have a felt the urge (or craving) for chicken, but I didn't eat it. Honestly, I haven't been eating all that healthy. In the first three months, all I ate was grilled cheese sandwiches and cheese pizza. Now that I'm done with the morning sickness, I eat better. I eat alot of salads and fruit and veggies. Also, my midwife says as long as I'm getting enough calcium (which I am, as I drink tons of milk and eat alot of cheese) and protein (which I also am) there's no problems with vegetarians and pregnancy.
Made sure you're prenatal vitamins or multivitamins have B12 in them, it's really good for vegetarians.
