Morning!
Still no AF, but I've got cramps, so I'm hoping she shows today. I'm going to call the doc and schedule my appt for Thursday and pray she shows up by afternoon or tomorrow. Thankfully the doc office said I could even call the day before to schedule. I am so lucky to have such a great OB/GYN office, they really are patient focused.
Tomorrow our new bathroom vanity should be delivered! My dad is going to wait at our house to sign for it. Thankfully my parents are here this week, so we don't have to take off. Plus my mom is happy that my dad won't be hovering over her watching her paint the family room.
I feel so overwhelmed and yet if all goes well I will only work 2 days this week. Isn't that how it always goes I guess.

Morning! Crossing my fingers for you. I hope you post pics of the new vanity/bathroom once it's all done. You guys have done some pretty cool updates.
I am pretty busy at work today but am still getting anxious for our u/s tomorrow. If Pocket Pookums cooperates I will be reporting back with a sex. We bought our carseat last Saturday and picked the most neutral one we could find, it just so happens to be the one I wanted all along hee hee (eh a girl can deal with gray right?)

Somehow I'm off today. We didn't get the day off when we got a foot of snow but I got off today with what looks like 3-4 inches. I cleaned the house yesterday so I have no idea what to do with myself today.

2. Dani I hate you. We had that stupid unscheduled leave or telework. And since I am avoiding taking any time off at all AAAND I think I would have gone crazy with a well rested Daisy, I am at work
Honestly I think they gave us off today because so many people raised hell when they didn't give us off last time. That's the only thing I can think of.
I'm currently sitting on the couch with Guinness trying to decide what to do today. It's sad but I'm incredibly sore and the only thing I can attribute that to is that I did some hard core cleaning yesterday. Pretty pathetic that I could become sore from scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
I am leaving work around 3:15 for my consultation with the cardiologist.
ETA: Yay Pooks! Can't wait to find out if Pocket Pookums is a boy or girl.
Off to work today. I really enjoyed my extra day off--wish it was more. Now I have 1 week to teach my unit before the district midterm assessment-- and we just finished an assessment 2 weeks ago. Then after that is state CSAP testing!!! I hate testing... my month is stressed, packed, and shot!

Thanks ladies, I am pretty excited too especially since I think we will be able to make a few more decisions on a few nursery things.
I am rethinking my sundae idea though, sicne it is freezing here and there is snow everywhere.
ETA: This is a rant, the flipping placenta had better moved by now or I will be extremely annoyed!!!!!!
Back at work after a nice long weekend. We're starting to see some great progress in the bathroom and I'm excited to see what gets finished today. It looks like they'll be done early next week- which would be awesome. I'm totally not ready to be back in the office. I loved the time at home to study and do some other non-work things.
I'm thinking that consulting is really where I want to be. Now if only there were an easy way to get there. :-) I'll have to work on that.

Awww Pooks! Can't wait to find out what Pocket Pooks is!! I'm going to say boy!!
I've been in a meeting all day with annoying people and it's put me in a foul mood. On a happier note, today marks one year in my current position! It's been a great year!
I say boy too. Sometimes I feel like I would be more comfortable with a girl (my family is ALL girls) but either way I can't wait to see dh with it. If it's a boy I am totally putting it in dh's standard uniform, a Polo and Khaki's as often as possible.

Nothing exciting going on here, I worked this morning and we're heading over to have dinner out with my mom and step dad this evening. I'm craving a turkey burger with sauteed spinach and tomato on it, and a restaurant by their house makes it. And it's amazing. Plus they haven't seen us in a while, and my bump is excessively bigger so my mom wants to see it and "oo and ahh" over it, her words. She's an odd one.

Afternoon ladies! I had a crazy morning at work and finally have my desk cleared!
Pooks I really hope that pocket pookums behaves tomorrow so we can finally call her a her or him a him!
I made Xander a dentist appointment for the end of next month, and the office was so freaking nice. The receptionist appologized for putting me on hold and said I was the mother and could make Xander's first appointment when ever I saw fit! The office was also recommended by a co-worker's wife so I'm hopefull that we have our new denitist for Xander.
