The house is in Warwick. It will be empty. This monday morning. I'm hoping while the movers are at my current house.
The house is 1100 sq. feet and has 1 bath and 2 bed. It's been vacant for a year so is probably pretty dusty and needs a good wipe down/deodorizing.

I think you would need to be very specific as to what you want done and possibly stick around while they do it. We left them at the house alone, because I was pregnant and didnt want to be around the fumes and it was empty and it just looked like they forgot to do some stuff.
A place called "OCD Cleaning" is today's Groupon - 3 hrs for $75. Maybe worth giving a call to see if they could get you in Monday?
