Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH put a kabash on party plans. He doesn't want a party. Not in the "No no, don't go to the trouble" sort of way, the "why would you even consider that" sort of way.
Sad face. I will still probably have his family over, I guess. Because that's the same as getting a keg.

Laaaaaaame. But H is the same way - I tried to throw him a party when he graduated from tech school, and he say hellz no. Boo hiss.
I like Pam's idea of the Memorial Day picnic and cake. Kind of a party...but kind of not!

Later he told me that he just didn't think a gathering with his family and his friends sounded like a good idea. So I said we could have two parties. He didn't really respond to that. I guess it's his birthday...he can cry if he wants to...
We will have a Memorial Day gathering at his Grandma's on Memorial Day.
