Restart your computer or your phone?
I was just thinking about this. Truthfully, I can't remember the last time I restarted my computer, maybe 2 months? And my phone is rarely if ever turned off. I usually depend on accidentally letting the battery die to restart it.
Re: How often do you...
I turn my laptop off every night, otherwise it runs really slow. My phone is always on though. I plug it in & put it on vibrate at night, but it stays on.

My main computer is my work laptop, which varies with restarts based on behavior - ranging from once a week to 3-4 times a day.
My phone is around every 1-2 weeks, most of the time. Also depends on behavior, although it's taken to randomly restarting itself (like once while I was on a phone call) a few times a month as well. Don't know what's going on with that phone...
I *try* to turn my computer off once or twice a week... but really when it's just running slow.
My phone, well, I have a blackberry bold, which means I have weekly battery pulls. Ugh. I really like the blackberry system, it has everything I need/like in a phone (except the "This American Life" app... pretty much the main reason I'm going to switch to an iphone or droid world when my contracts up in a few months). But the damn thing locks up all the time. If I'm in the middle of typing a text and someone calls me, oh it's over. It can't handle two things at once. ugh!
Some days I restart my computer 10 times. My laptop (the one I use most often) is my work computer. For some reason the Connections Tray stops responding a lot, which causes me to lose internet connection. It's dumb.
My phone? I don't turn it off unless I am in an airplane, or on the rare occasion that it messes up.
ETA: PC
Second question: PC or Macs?
I remember having my HP laptop and having to restart it all the time, but my Mac rarely needs a reboot.
I try to remember to restart my phone every few days. My main computer is a laptop and I shut it down every night before I put it away.
PCs all the way for me

My work computer gets rebooted every night when I leave (so, 5 times per week, if I am here the whole work week).
My laptop at home (PC) only gets rebooted maybe a couple of times per month.
My cell phone only gets turned off it it's acting strange.

I was also just thinking this yesterday. I restored windows on my computer because it refused to update and was doing all kinds of crappy things. I was wondering if restarting it more often would help that.
That being said, I usually would only restart it as needed (meaning it was doing something weird or I installed something new). And I am a PC.
I'm one of "those" people who never uses a cell phone. I have a Blackberry for work, but I never use the phone part of it. If someone needs to get a hold of us, I give them DH's number.
As for the PC, we usually only restart it when it's acting up.

Work computer is on a network and we never shut them off unless we have to hard boot because they are a POS. We do log them off every night.
My hope laptop (PC) I have been turning off everynight since I have had so many issues with it lately.
I never turn my phone off, well I did on vacation, but other than that it is always on.
