we met when i was on vacation and made out but that was it. then he came to visit a few months later and we did it then. i am sure we wouldn't have held out for so long if not for the thousands of miles that seperated us.

If you didn't do it the first time around, I think you should just go from when you got back together... Don't count the time between. That would make you sound like a saint, and we all know better

H and I were friends for 3+ years before we did the deed, however, when I was 16 and we first met we got together but it was more fun and no deed was done. But, we went out with friends one night and that was when we had our first night together. This was when I was 19. The rest is history.

I said same day although I guess we weren't technically together at that point. We had been friends for about 5 years. We liked each other but didn't want to mess up the friendship. Then we saw each other on a break from college after both getting out of serious relationships and things just happened. It started off kind of like a one night stand but then we realized that we wanted to be together.
