Okay, so if I have an actual set schedule of what I am going to do everyday for a workout, I do SO much better than just aimlessly walking into the gym. Here is my schedule:
Sunday - Run (C25K)
Monday - Volleyball & Exercise Bike
Tuesday - 3 Cycles of 10-Minute Ellipticle and Weights
Wednesday - Run & Exercise Bike
Thursday - Ellipticle & Weights Cycles
Friday - Run
Saturday - Ellipticle & Weights Cycles
As of March 8th, our little hometown gym is officially getting Zumba!!! So the Tuesday and Thursday workouts will go to weights right after work, and then Zumba from 6 - 7. I'm so excited! Basically, each night I will plug in my BodyBugg and whatever short I am for calorie burn, I just ride the exercise bike while I watch my DVR until I have gotten there.
What is your workout schedule? It really does having something set, so come up with one for yourself it you don't have one yet.

Monday -- Kickboxing
Tuesday -- Train on my own; lately it's been women's health workouts!
Wednesday - Kickboxing
Saturday or Sunday - Work out w/ my friend & kickboxing instructor Carly.

Wednesday: Cardio Kickbox
Thursday: 30DS
Friday: P90X workout
Saturday: Elliptical
Now if things would settle down and I'd get all the time I want to do it I'll be in good shape!
