As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Have you already tried to pick your own avatar? You can go into your profile and either pick one of The Nest's pre-loaded ones or upload your own. Mine hasn't changed since I uploaded my volleyball pic again.
They just changed them all again. Mine was my S+T pic, and I think A had changed hers. So this is happening AGAIN.
ETA: yours isn't a volleyball anymore...you're now a woman lifting weights.
Exactly! Mine was of a wedding pic but no matter how many times I upload it, they put their own avatar in.

i wanted to punch the nest in the nuts when it changed my avatar to a pregnant lady ...grrr!
Yep... mine just changed too! I had selected a different image from their avatar selections. And now it's reverted to something else (I think the same one they originally gave me).
I've also noticed there's this obnoxious ad for "Shedding for the Wedding" that expands if you mouse over it. Except that if I accidentally mouse over it, and then try to close it, it won't close... and ends up covering part of the thread or the response box I'm typing in!

Aaargh!!! I just realized you're all totally right. It was fine a couple of hours ago and I just noticed that it's not working anymore. And anytime I try to change it, it randomly selects another avatar for me. Stupid, stupid Nest!

It seems to be changing every few hours. Now I'm a whole new avatar....
And when I go to change it, the photo of my flower is there, but when I click on the photo, the avatar changes to one of their other stupid pictures. I did that several times and I think I saw all of their stupid pictures, then I got a time-out error message..... UN-believable.

The moderator on my anni board said she keeps getting the 'we're working on it message' for the last 3 weeks. Apparently since Nest Anni left everything has gone to hell and everyone has a hard time getting responses from the powers that be. A bunch of people can't even get their siggies to work, or it reverts back to a siggy from years ago.
