What color socks are your wearing?
For the most part. It was awful, I had a day where I could barely watch L. I am "thinking" its a little bit stress and blood pressure related, so tomorrow I am working out and going to try and get started on yoga again so I can try to prevent the headaches before they start.
I know feel awful for anyone that suffers from migraines. They are the most painful thing ever.
A little tip if you get a migraine that sometimes works for me and also the lady at work who told me about it (both of us suffer from migraines all the time). Keep a can of regular coke on hand and when you are starting to get a migraine, drink it. Not sure what it is in the coke...the caffeine possibly...but if I catch it early enough, it prevents my migraine from worsening. They truly are hell
Kenna- I grew up in a small town called Hermiston. It is in the NE corner about 10 miles from the border of WA and is right on the Columbia River. Total hick town, I spent alot of time driving to Portland and Seattle when I finally got my license.
Brooke- Honestly I either thought it would be before I was 25 or I wasnt going to have them. Now that I have her I cant believe I thought having her before 25 was a good idea.
Jenn- I am a firm believer that you get from the universe what you put out into the universe. Its the whole treat others the way you want to be treated thing.
Its really just too exhausting to be mean and I think karma can be a real b!tch and I dont want to get on her bad side.
