Re: WW check-in
I lost 1.4 this week and that made me happy. I was not having the best food week because I had a friend come to town last week and we went to dinner a couple of times. One of the meals was Tex-Mex, of course (since we had to do Texas-y things). However, I did have more exercise points than I usually do because I worked out more and did yoga four times.
A kind of funny story: the woman who checked me in at my meeting accidentally wrote my weight as 10 lbs. less than what the scale said. Then they were all "YOU WENT OVER YOUR 10% GOAL!!!". Uh, no. Sadly, I did not lose 11+ pounds in a week.
We just got back into town yesterday, so I missed my weigh in and meeting.
I had a really hard time between being out of town and being limited to essentially two meals a day. It was good in that I could eat a bigger breakfast, but bad in that I would use up a considerable amount of points and then be really hungry by dinnertime. Needless to say, I pretty much drained my weekly points.
On the other hand, I'm pretty proud of myself for keeping with the c25k thing while I was away. The hotel had a fitness center and I ended up pretty much staying on Austin time, so I got up and ran two of the four mornings we were there.
mimi - sorry I missed the meeting AGAIN today. We had a design appt - that was hard to schedule, so I couldn't avoid it...
I'm not doing too hot. Haven't weighed-in for two weeks. I'm scared. But I'm going to workout tonight.

Last Sat. (2/19) was my first weigh-in and I lost 3 pounds! I really like the new PointsPlus system better than the old system.
well I'm scared, and not going.
I have not watched anything until after it was in my mouth. And I haven't worked out. I need a swift kick in the rear.
I have tons of work this afternoon, but once I'm done I'm going to the gym to at least get on the treadmill for thirty minutes.
Umm...about that. After my "I'm gonna get my butt motivated" post I still haven't done very well. I have good intentions but it's hard. I'm stressed the eff out and feel like my mind is all over the place. I gained .6 this week so it could be worse but it's certainly not better.
Man, I'm a grouch lately.

I had to come back and update because curiosity finally got the best of me and I went to weigh in today. I lost 2.2 pounds and I got my first 5 lb star!
