  • Yummmm! Now I am hungry =) I made zuppa one time and it was delish however it made SO much and I ended up throwing some of it away after a few days. Do you know if you can freeze it, with the cream and all??

  • Oh and your chicken noodle story was probably as heartwarming as your homemade stock <3  I have the same connection with my deceased MiMi and apple pie. I even make it in her pie plate

  • Thanks! We sure loved that ol' grandpa! I have no idea if you can freeze zuppa. You could cut the recipe in half and freeze half a lb of sausage to make another half batch later. Maybe freeze without cream and add that when you reheat?
