Custom Home Builder
Hi,
My husband and I are in the process trying to build a custom home. We have almost completed our floor plans but are looking for any recommedations on builders.
We would need someone who would build on your lot in Northern KY and according to custom floor plans. We are relatively new to the area and not sure who are reputable builders.
Any assistance would be greatly appreicated,

The only custom builders I know of are pretty expensive: Dennis Ott, David Ott and Hensley Homes.

I used John Burton. He was great to work with and I am so pleased with his work. I chose from a plan he had so I'm not sure about having your own floor plan. He built on a lot in Burlington.

I should add that we used the plan because we liked what he had available. I know our friends built with him and made a lot of modifications to the plan so I don't see why he wouldn't be able to use your plan.
