im bored...
lunch: 1 point fresh vegetable soup from WW and i added 1 points worth of tortellini to it for some extra oomph.
dinner: shrimp and saffron risotto. so yummy.
Re: wfl and wfd?
LUnch: Sweet potato "fries" AKAk sweet potatoes I cut into fry shapes and baked with an apple and maybe some pb
Dinner: maybe tacos.
lunch: mushroom barley soup, red grapefruit, baby carrots
dinner: I will be out all night running errands and getting my hair done, so if I want to eat before 10 p.m. I will have to pick something up while I'm out.
lunch: unknown, didn't bring anything. maybe a cigarette and a diet coke after last night's ice cream incident
dinner: unknown as well, need to grocery shop. risotto is sounding pretty delish right now...
L: If I go home I will have left over hamburger helper. Otherwise nothing and my stomach will continue to cramp like it is now from hunger.
I often like breakfast for dinner.
L: chicken taco
L: Napa almost chicken salad sandwich from Panera.
Sounds yummy.
L: Some WW flavorless frozen dinner
Oh, and I want to make this Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding. Hmm...how to make it a WW friendly recipe.
lunch was an "autumn salad" with romaine lettuce, blue cheese, cranberries, candied walnuts and grilled chicken with balsamic vinagrette dressing
dinner will probably be a chicken stir fry with some long grain wild rice.
I am putting myself on a diet before I go to San Francisco in two months so there will be no snacks in the house, we are offically buying a treadmill this weekend, and healthy, healthy, healthy meals. I don't have a specific weight goal in mind because I know I won't be successful when I think that way. Instead, I just want to tone up and fit back into this beautiful black dress I have that I wore once to a formal event in college that no longer will zip up for me (probably one dress size too small now). I don't need to lose a TON of weight and would hate it if all my clothes that I love were hanging on me. Trying on that dress once a week until it fits will get me back to where I want to be and I will recheck what I weigh after that point. Just want to get out of the winter funk.
I'm a believer that every body has a natural "skinny" size, even if that size is not a stick thin size 2. Right now I am one size bigger than my "skinny" size that I was at in high school and college. Can't wait to get back there and I think it's very doable.
Lunch was a Spicy Caribbean Chicken Healthy Choice meal. (Not my favorite.) String cheese and a yogurt.
Dinner... I dunno. I'll think about that when I get this icky taste from lunch out of mouth and start feeling hungry again.
