Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

s: Greek yogurt w/ stevia and strawberries
l: leftover ww spaghetti
s: carrots and bell pepper strips, apple (trail mix if I am still hungry)
d: tofu chorizo and potato tacos.
B: 1 egg, whole wheat sandwich thin, ketchup
L: granola and yogurt
E: swimming for 20-30 minutes
S: organic snack bar
B - waffle with pb and syrup, guava pastry
L - Panera - half an asiago roast beef sandwich, cup of creamy tomato soup
S - 4 dumplings, a few pieces of peach
D - fried shrimp and oyster po'boys with homemade remoulade sauce.
E - 10 minute walk, not much at all.
