pergo floors

Our new home has pergo floors. What can I use to keep them clean? I sweep about 2-3 times per week. I dont want to use a swifter, as I feel they just push dirt around. Any suggestions?

  • SHARK MOP!!

I love mine. It works sooo well...I usually vaccum, then sweep, then do the Shark Mop for an extra shine. Mind you, I don't do that very often...for the most part I vaccum (on the lowest setting) and then use the Swiffer.

  • We have pergo too. I vacuum them and then use the Swiffer wet cloths. Most of the time I just spot clean the high traffic areas or spills with Mrs. Meyer's surface cleaner or vinegar/water.

  • I've heard good things about the swiffer vac.

We use the hoover floor mate and have used the bissel steam mom too.

  • My parents have them. My dad vacuums (because he's obsessed and wouldn't ever consider a broom) and mops.
  • Every time I read this post, I read Prego floors and I am like WTH? EVERY TIME. Even though I know somewhere that it says Pergo...
