not necessarily super fun, but i'm going to try to go for a run tomorrow. well, slow jog. i'm getting more and more depressed about not running so i'm going to just give it a try now that i'm not sick anymore.
tomorrow is gardening all day long
sunday i'm planning to start deep cleaning the house, organizing the guest room and nursery closets, move the office desk/computer into our bedroom, etc.
Yay for running! I'm sure if you take it easy, you'll do great
Tomorrow we have a hot date with the Tax Collector's office to file our homestead exemption. I'm getting my stitches out (yay!) & going for a long run.
Sunday I'm driving down to Ocala to meet up with a friend at a horse show. I'm excited to take my camera & snap pictures of horses that cost more than my HH income.

I saw on my planner that the Disney Princess Half is Sunday, and I had been planning to run it and so I got really depressed on Monday, and it lasted through this gorgeous week. I'm going to do a 4 mile course, and jog/walk as necessary. I tried running on the treadmill during my power-walks, but I hate treadmill running and just wasn't feeling it... I need to be outside!
The week has actually passed pretty quickly for me, but I'm still glad it's Friday!
Weekend plans: We may be ordering new phones, doing lots of laundry, and having dinner with my mom. That's it for now. I don't like to plan too much in advance right now, cuz I never know how I'm going to be feeling.
Actually, this week has flown by for me. I'm loving this weather & I'm so excited to just enjoy it this weekend!
Nothing too exciting planned. Mani/pedi tonight with a friend after work. Tomorrow I have Hot Yoga with the same friend and then a short 4 mile run. Sunday I have to get 12 miles in so I think I'm going to do an early run on 1st street. Sunday night we have trivia.
Things are so touch and go with Brodie now too I feel like we literally live weekend to weekend. Every weekend we have left with him is a gift so we throw a lot of bonding time in. He loves the beach so we'll take him down there at some point to let him splash in the water and attempt to chase a few seagulls. I'll probably aslo lay out with him in the backyard and try to get a little sun while he sunbathes or chases bugs.
This week has been going soooo slow! Tomorrow DH and I are going to get our veggies into the ground and then I am sure we will make our usualy weekend trip to home depot & lowes.
Sunday I was planning on painting the nightstand I want to reuse in the baby's room. So far, we just have the crib up and have nothing else. I need to start getting that room together and deciding what I am going to put on the walls.
No clue about tonight.
Tomorrow we're going to a Dr. Seuss thing at Target, then I'm meeting 2 friends for pedi's and we're having dinner at our friends house. I also want to squeeze some shopping in there for this kid
Sunday we're going to the outlets during the day, then to an Oscar party that night.
Note to self: Don't go to target tomorrow. haha
I desperately need to clean the house. That whole scheduled cleaning thing fell apart this week since I was OOT last weekend and just never caught up on sleep (excuses, excuses!).. So hoping to get things back in gear and start fresh next week..
I have a feeling we're going to spend a lot of time doing yard work, and maybe take C-dog to the beach or park.
And of course, crocheting. Because I'm 90.
I have no plans this weekend which is wonderful. DH works Friday, Saturday and Sunday night so I am on my own.
Things I would like to do:
-take the dogs on a long walk at the beach
-trip to Home Depot to get paint swatches
-trip to Goodwill to find a dresser to refinish
-finishing cleaning out the nursery so once we find out the gender I can start painting
Creepy McCreeperson checking in to say I think about you and Brodie a lot. I know you're enjoying your time together now, so I won't tell you to enjoy it. But I'm thinking about you guys.
I didn't even know today was Friday until I read this.
I'm going to a Planned Parenthood rally downtown in an hour or so today.
The rest of the weekend is just hanging out with H and the dogs, cleaning, finding something to wear on Monday, and finishing this damn table and chairs.
Don't forget the Oscars on Sunday everyone!
Creeper #2 over here. It makes me so sad. I'm really glad you guys are taking all the time you can with him.
Aww, thanks LB. It's definitely an extremely difficult time & truth be told I usually wind up having a big cry fest with him every night before I go to bed. The poor dog is just trying to sleep in his bed and I'm sqeezing him to death and crying all over him.
We are definitely enjoying our time with him and just try to take it day by day. Last night DH & I were sitting on the floor loving on him and I smiled and said,"He was happy today. Today was a good day." That's what I'm trying to focus on right now. He's such a sweet, goofy, handsome pup. I don't want him to suffer. He doesn't deserve this. I know all the pet owners can sypathize with this...I just hope he's able to let us know when it's time.
On that note, I'm going to write Debbie Downer on my name tag & back out of what was meant to be a Happy Weekend thread!

Poor Brodie
My big plans today were getting my hair cut for the first time since September, and lord am I relieved to have it shorter. Although Michael smiles at it when I take it down from a clip, so I hope he doesn't freak
I've been inspired by the gardening talk, so I may hit the nursery down the street tomorrow. MUAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA
