How is the cooking and freezing working out? I noticed you mentioned it in Friday Five. I do this only with soups - what other meals freeze well?
Re: *MEL* Q about freezing?
Sorry I'm butting in because I always love hearing what ppl freeze cause I freeze a lot too.
(In addition to soups)
baked ziti
Lasagna
Baked Mac and Cheese
Pulled Pork
Brisket ( I slow cook this so I save it with the juice and re-heat)
Braised Short ribs (same as above)
I make chicken cutlets either fried w/ bread crumbs or lemon and wine (I'm sure other kinds work too) and freeze individually and just pop them in the oven and make rice or potato with it.
In addition to Laurie's list I found that these freeze well too:
enchiladas
stuffed manicotti
casseroles (tater tot, ham, etc)
We are trying a few new recipes this time around so I'm excited to see how they will taste!
Here's a couple links that I found helpful in planning for meal freezing:

Oh I've also frozen pancake and waffle batter. We usually have those on the weekends so it definitely helps, especially when you sleep in!
If you need some specific recipes, let me know, I'd be happy to send you some or post them on the blog.
