WHAT WOULD YOU WEAR ?! Sometimes my job is cool, and I get to attend the events we do, so Hubs and I are going to this event http://www.academyoffriends.org/voyeur/#theevent. It's obviously dressy, but I can't really tell HOW dressy... what would you wear ? Find me some examples !! Short, long, color, play safe with black ? What do you think ? !

Oh dress up for sure! How fun! I'm guessing people will be pretty dressed up (but doesn't sound like formalwear). Screw black, this is a chance to wear something fun! (Though black would work too.)

Since you are shorter and have nice legs I would not do long. I would do a shorter cocktail dress. Sounds like fun!

Thanks ladiesI totally want the manor living, ablaze with beauty and limerick dresses !! Too bad I don't have time to buy online. =( Guess I shall have to resort to searching the back of the closet where the dresses live to see if I have something similar... and perhaps make a trip downtown.

Try out BCBG and see what kind of cocktail dresses they have or stop by Macy's. Everyone is getting into Wedding/Prom season right now so there are a TOOONN of things out of all lengths, colors, and styles.

Me too! I really love all their structured work style stuff and cocktail dresses. If I had more money, half my wardrobe would come from there.
