I think we should have our own "Thred Up" party sometime. We can all get together and trade/sell/swap/whatever kids clothes.
I went shopping last weekend with my mom, picked up a ton of stuff for Taylor. But I also have a ton of stuff that I bought last year that is too small for her now. Frustrating because there is a ton of super cute stuff (especially from the Gap).
Posted this on FB earlier tonight, but thought I'd see what you guys thought
Re: Baby/Toddler clothes
Great idea!!!
I also thought of a perennial plant swap GTG in the spring. I have oodles I can share.
Can't wait for our craft GTG!
I got your email last night, I'm not sure if I will certainly go this weekend or not. BUT, are you considering a second baby? I'm keeping all of Caroline's things just in case.
Now, as for perennials... I don't have any since my yard is mud right now and wont get grass till end of spring/beg. summer BUT this is right up my alley for future years and I would be willing to pay for some too if it beats the price of the garden stores. I can't wait to get my gardens going!!
If it's new stuff with the tags still on, you should take it to a resale store. I'm not sure what's up you way...I usually go to Children's Orchard in Newington (NH) and I know there is a Lots for Tots in Scarborough and Falmouth. You won't get a lot of money but it'll at least be a few bucks back to go toward the Taylor clothing fund!
By the way, size 24 months is what Helen wore last summer! In fact, she can still wear some of her size 24 months Carter's clothes from the fall, since Carter's seems to run bigger than all the other brands.
