Cookbook Recommendations?
Does anyone have any good cookbook recommendations? I have been looking for one, but have not had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Cookbook Recommendations?
I really like the Rachel Ray cookbooks, and we've tried collecting them from every city we visit.
If you're looking for new recipes in general, I love Bon Appetit's web site and Food Network, they've always got great tips and great recipes.
I really like Fix it and Forget It, and the Fix It and Enjoy it Diabetic cookbook. Most of my other go to physical books are mostly locals (at least I think they are without going to actually look) Somewhere in my books I do have a Rachel Ray and it did look interesting, but it got put somewhere other than my kitchen box and after nearly 2 years has not found it's rightful home :-( Taste of Home and Gooseberry Patch cookbooks are also very good (we have a book display in our faculty room and I have a few recipes copied from those but don't have the physical books)
I recently discovered the world of cooking blogs and I have gotten some great ideas from them...
Campbell's has a line of cookbooks that I love. My sister got me one for Christmas and it has a super easy chicken potpie recipe that is amazing.
