We aren't even married yet...

For the past couple months my fiance hasnt initiated sex...the only time we do have sex, is if i initiate it. He says he just is too tired. But..after months of him not starting it...it worries me...  I know its not another girl ( he lives with me...or he is at his parents/or at work).  But when i ask him whats wrong he just always says he is tired...or just doesnt feel like it.

Re: We aren't even married yet...

  • Maybe he's fallen into some kind of a sexual rut -- anything could be happening here.

YOu need to speak to him about this situation at length and discuss it throughly.

Rectify this before you get married. After you say I do is no time to do so at all -- marriage makes all problems permanent ones.

    This.

Also he might say he's always tired, but maybe he's super stressed? Or freaking out about all the life changes a wedding/marriage brings?

  • I hate to admit it, but I know how your FI feels. I'm under tremendous stress and my FI hasn't bothered talking to me to ask why our sex life has hit a road block. Seriously, talk to him about it. Both of you will feel better.

  • Same problem! It makes me feel like he isn't sexually attracked to me anymore. But when I try to comfront him about it I end up getting frustrated as does he. So my advice is to not confront after a failed attempt to seduce him, and don't get mad during the discussion. It will back fire on you I promise!

Another helpful hint: Go to your local sex shop and invest in a "sliver bullet" not only are the miracle workers, but the are also handy in getting your man in the mood. If he acts like he just isn't in the mood pull out your bullet and go to town! He will be intriged by what he is seeing and also a little jealous. After you notice him staring you down..give him "the look" and say "...what? think you could do any better?" He is sure to cave!

  • Dh did that to me and said he was "playing hard to get"
