tell me about the schools you love. welre moving there this summer and looking to be in a good school district for our little ones to start school the following year.
Re: raleigh/wake co gals!
I'm not sure where you're coming from, but there's not "districts" here like in other parts of the country. All schools in NC are county based, so if your children attend public schools then they will attend Wake County Public Schools, or whatever county public schools you live in.
Ditto PP on Wake Co Schools being a mess right now. Charter schools are great here, as well as private schools. I teach at a charter school, and while I don't think the public schools are necessarily "bad," I think there are a lot of headaches involved with them that could easily be avoided.
