As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

unlicenced child care rates
What is the going rate that people pay per day per child for unlicenced childcare? 3 year old and 9 month old 35-40 hours per week. Meaning ... the employee or parent gets called in all the time and the provider is pretty much at their disposal. Which is fine by me because this person is someone I know well. I just want to be fair and charge them the going rate.... but not for the convienience.
