It's doable.
I started out running 13 minute miles a couple of years ago. Now I'm a pretty solid 10 (10 and change on the longer runs, high 9's on the 5-10ks).
If anyone wants ever wants to do a Sunday run, I'd be game for it. My long run is Saturday so I need to do Sunday runs at an easier pace.
Same here! I live about 10 minutes away.
