Re: PIP your favorite Spring essential
Michelle I have to agree... but I prefer Tevas
and I have to add in a good pair of capris
New hair cut!
Do you think it would work with my facial features, though?
OMG Eeva. Too funny!
Mine is a tie between this sunscreen spray b/c it's cooling for when it gets hot outside & it's got SPF 70 (which I need b/c I'm super pale)...
... and a cute dress. I live in dresses when it gets hot. Pants are overrated.
ten-tenners' may siggy: me & mama on my wedding day
What's LittleMissNewlywed Cooking?
Mine is a ponytail!
Missing our little turkey.
Estimated Due Date 11/13/12 | Natural Miscarriage 4/17/12

My fav part of Spring is being able to bring out the open toe shoes. I have so many fun ones so I get excited about adding them into the rotation.
Which I guess goes hand-in-hand with my other essential...
I kinda feel like I'm doing a fashion feature on "Erin's Six Spring Essentials", but hey, these are the gotta-have-its for me:
1.Big sunglasses:
and I mean HUGE. The bigger the better. One, I have a big face, so I can do this without looking like a bug. Two, my eyes are unbelievably light sensitive, and Spring and Summer sun just about kills me, so the more light I can block, the happier I am.
2. Flip flops:
Seriously, it's like a sickness. I buy every pair I can find in every color, only to throw them all out when fall hits because they're all dirty from running around outside in them. I like these best, from Crocs.
3. Sundresses:
I wear them over swimsuits in the summer, by themselves for running around, under a little shrug for church...everywhere except in the workshop, because I don't like getting hot wax on my bare legs so much.
4. Tank tops:
I may have mentioned that my workshop has horrible climate control. These keep me cool when the temperatures start to rise, and they can be layered under other stuff for that up-down, hot-cold crap that Missouri weather loves to pull on me when the seasons change.
5. Capris:
Somehow, they're just cuter than jeans, and I never, ever wear shorts.
And last, but not least, number
6. Toenail polish! (I like the toe ring in this picture, too):
Polishing my fingernails is just useless, because all the polish comes off within a few hours when I expose it to hot wax, so I indulge by painting my toes a billion different colors. I could honestly keep OPI in business just all by myself!
