I found this recipe on the cooking board & thought it looked good. I made them into muffins today and they were fantastic! I just used regular butter and the whole bag of chocolate chips in the doubled recipe.

This is one of my favorite veggie lasagna's from Pam's site. Credit to Jill070707. Very easy to make. I am freezing it for later on in the week.
This looked good although I haven't made it yet from PW.

I am making this with a broccoli cheese casserole (not sure which one yet) but I use chicken and not pork. Just as good.
Honey and Spice Glazed Pork Chops
This is from our very own Dani. It's simple and good and another one of our meatless meals.
This side dish was recommended here, sorry I don't remember who. It looked good and I will serve it with a panko encrusted Mahi-mahi.
