Amazon Prime for moms

Is anyone here an "Amazon Mom?" When you sign up, you get 3 free months of Amazon Prime. The main benefit of AP is free 2-day shipping. You can get your subscription extended by 1 month everytime you purchase $25 worth from the baby shop. AND, when you buy diapers, wipes (maybe formula, not sure) if you sign up for a sunscription of that product (meaning they'd send you diapers every 1-6 months automatically) you get an additional 30% off your order. The thing is... after you get them in the mail, you can cancel your subscription if you want. I do, since I have no need for more diapers! Also, alot of baby magazines have coupons for diapers on Amazon, which can be combined with the 30% discount.

I signed up before Christmas b/c I was buying diapers for the family we adopted for Christmas. It was also great for getting Christmas presents delivered in 2 days. So far I've gotten 2 extra months added to my free subscription from buying baby stuff.

So anyhoo.....Amazon Mom...cheap diapers....free 2day shipping (on anything, not just baby stuff). Check it out.

Re: Amazon Prime for moms

  • I should say, my sister is the one who told me about this. Apparently they were also marketing this to "Amazon Grandparents" too and she thought as an aunt, I might be interested. When you sign up it asks you your relationship to the child and his or her age.
  • Someone else told me about this last weekend and she said the diapers are even cheaper than you can find at Sam's/BJ's or Diapers.com.  I've been meaning to join now that M has slowed and had been in the same diaper size for awhile.  Thanks for the reminder!

  • If I'm reading this correctly, it's 30% off the diapers PLUS the free 2-days shipping? I'm a diapers.com momma, because of the free 2-day shipping, but if Amazon does 30% off as well, then I'll sign up!

  • We've been doing this for several months (we are taking a break from cloth).  For daytime, P wears Luvs size 4, and we get a case of 180 for $24, so it works out to be about 13 cents/ea.  Including his nighttime diapers and wipes, we easily spend less than $40/month using this service.

We use the subscription so we get the total 30% off, but it is really easy to go in and change the ship dates if you run out of something early or realize you don't need something at that time.

Yes, as long you sign up for the diaper subscription, you get the 30% off. So you have to be an Amazon Mom, and sign up for the diaper subscription. And you get the 2 day shipping free as long you are still getting the Amazon Prime, which if you are buying diapers every so often, you'd easily get additional months for free.

    Here is some info

  • and if you need things really quick one day shipping is only $3.99.

I started using subscribe and save in December and the size of diapers that Maddy uses a box of 176 gets us through a month and its about $27-$28 a box. Can not beat having that and shipped to the house too?

I haven't gotten a coupon but you can cancel/change your subscription at any time and the prime membership gets extended each time you purchase $25 worth of qualified baby stuff.
