As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My new office chair....
I finally just broke down and bought Jillian Michael's Stay-Ball for me to use at work. I can't believe how much better my posture has been so far this morning. I am sure I will be super sore, but HAS to help my midsection, right? : ) I got the biggest one, 75 cm, and it is perfect height, the same as my chair was. It was only like $20 or so, and a lot of companies will pay for them if you want to use them for work.

Three of my co-workers have the big ball instead of chairs, and they all rave about it!! I'm thinking about trying one, but I do enjoy laying back in my chair a bit much...lol
If it forget and lay back on the ball, it would cause quite the office sensation! On the plus side, I'd likely not do it twice...
I've been using a ball chair for a little over a year and I would never go back to a regular chair...NEVER! My back doesn't hurt as much and my posture is great. Also since you are "actively" sitting you'll burn more calories!
