AW: anyone want to see my belly?
We haven't told anyone about LO #2 yet, but I don't know that I can hide it much longer. Rodgers wants to wait "a long time." I told him I'm not waiting longer than 12 weeks, but that seems too long now.
I wasn't intending to do bare belly pics, but I want to compare today with 12 weeks preg with Nate. Easier to compare if they're the same. Too bad I'm too lazy to go take another pic facing the other direction...
This is me today, 10.5 weeks:

12 weeks with Nate, those are my size 4 jeans:

I agree with Marcy.
Lookin' great though!
Ditto!
It is normal to show earlier with subsequent children. Your tummy muscles are just too ready to get all floppy again.
We haven't even told my parents. I did get permission from Rodgers last night to tell them today, so I'm feeling better about it. And, it's really only 1.5 weeks until I'm free to tell the world.
And, I only see friends at church. I'm not really worried about running into people when I'm out around town, even though when I came out of a fitting room at the mall this weekend, with maternity jeans in my hand, Rodgers was talking to a lady from church. She didn't say anything, but she must have noticed.
Anyway, Sunday, I can dress to not look chubby, but Wed night Rod and I teach 1st and 2nd graders in the children's program. Everyone wears matching T-shirts. Of course, mine is my normal size, which fits on top and is super tight on my tummy. I just want to tell people that I'm not getting fat! I guess they'll know soon enough...
