Hot yoga update - pcola girls (zumba question too)

Hot yoga last week was awesome. We're going aging again tonight and probably Wednesday and Friday too. Y'all join us if you can. It's only $5 for your first class. My girlfriend that came with me last week and is going tonight had never done yoga before and now she's thinking about joining the studio! Hope to see y'all there.

Is anyone still going to zumba? Im going to try to go again tomorrow night.

    In theory, I would like to do all of those, but dropping $5/day on fitness classes just isn't in my budget right now.  I'm looking into classes at the YMCA downtown to see if there are any that I would like to go to then at least I have access to the pool as well as fitness classes and exercise equipment.

    Yeah, I was just adding up the cost for a month and it would be more beneficial to join a gym. To join the yoga studio it's over $100 a month and all you get is yoga. Even if I only did theyoga and not zumba, it's still $60 a month and that's with my student discount. It stinks. Have you looked into Pensacourt? They're closer to your house (it's near Olive right?) and it offers a pool too.

    Their Langley branch has the pool, not the nine mile one. I'm pretty sure they do Zumba too.

    Eh, that's fine.  I'm kind of in between both.  I've been such a slacker lately with exercising.  Well, not really, just on weekends but today I feel like I have been run over by a semi so the thought of running is making me want to cry.  Maybe I'll do some 30DS instead.  Who knows.

    That's how I felt last week, today is the first day I'm starting to feel like myself. I had all these big exercise plans too and then I got sidelined with a sinus infection. Boooo being sick.

    I'm not sick, I'm just lazy.  And sore.  We hauled all the boxes from the garage upstairs to the attic this weekend, so I'm going to say that is why I feel like this.  I refuse to get sick.
