Mondays really aren't happy occasions, but how was everyone's weekend? Yesterday I laid like a lump on the couch for the bulk of the day. I am actually really happy to get this week underway. Next Monday I have an ultrasound, and IF It goes well then we will out ourselves about being pregnant.
Re: Happy Monday?
Ooo, ultrasound, how exciting! Sending lots of good thoughts your way!
I pretty much wrote about my weekend in the belated Happy Friday post below. It was a pretty good weekend, except for the fact that DH came home with some kind of food poisoning last night, poor guy.
Oh no! That is awful.
Yay for another u/s! Is this you NT scan?
Our weekend was somehow really busy! We had visitors at almost all times on Saturday. Two sets of friends, and my sister and SIL, all of whom overlapped each other. Sunday, we went to my mother's for breakfast, the IL's for lunch, and out to dinner with my dad. We were out from 10am-6pm! DS was so well behaved, it was nice to be out all day.
yay for ultrasounds! I'll keep everything crossed for you!
I basically worked and slept all weekend (worked 7pm-2am friday/Saturday, then 5am-2pm Sunday).
The good news is we picked out things for our kitchen and will be ordering our cabinets and countertops this week!!!!!! I'm so thrilled!! pics in my blog (link in sig)
Andrea~ Yes it is my NT scan. I am so super excited.
Mrs. T~ I love what you picked out for your kitchen!
CountryGrl~ We have no big plan for telling. Last time we were pregnant we waited until DH's family was all together, and we had his Mom open up a frame that said BabyCrushing arriving May 2010. It was a nice way to tell, but then we miscarried. This time we are just going to tell. I am excited because I will be 13 weeks so it has been a big secret to carry around.
That is great- we got some great shots during our NT scan. I feel like I remember the bloodwork didn't come back for a few weeks though- maybe 14 weeks? That was when I told people and we waited until we knew the blood results.
I don't even remember the past weekend. Um...it was really pretty out and we went for a walk at one of the state parks and I played photographer.
And MIL annoyed me. But that is another post for another time.
Oh yeah! The NT scan was probably our best ultrasound pics. Once the baby gets bigger, the pictures get bad.
