Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Albany/Troy Roller Derby?
Hey ladies.
I was just wondering if any of you are involved in, or know anyone who is involved in Roller Derby in the Troy/Albany area?
I'm thinking of possibly joining and was just wondering what advice/ information anyone could give

The Albany All Stars (I think they have three teams) are supposed to be having an info session/tryouts on Friday at the Washington Armory. The site is down atm. I was thinking of trying out, but I have a hockey game that night.

Had a dream I was queen.
Woke up. Still queen.
I was on the All Stars for about a year but haven't been involved with the league in almost two years. That being said, they are an awesome group of girls and roller derby is great. I would get in touch with someone from the league and ask to come out and watch a practice so you can get a feel for it.
