How do you feel you did last week? Pretty good. It was sort of a rough week since I wasn't in the greatest spirits.
Get all your work outs in? Not as many as I would have liked but I kept moving which is good!
Stay on track with your eating? Yes! A lot better than it has been. Most of my leftovers from parties earlier in the month are all gone!
Any weight loss to report? Yes! From the last time I weighed myself, I'm down another pound. I was SHOCKED!! I'm now below my wedding weight!Shmel's Blog
I have done AWFUL. I havent been to the gym in almost a week and a half because of this stupid sickness. I sleep ALL the time and have zero energy.
I am at a standstill for weight, though..136. If I ate better, I know I could lose more, but it has just been so convienant to eat yummy nasty foods.
Mel -- below your wedding weight??? Go you!!! I'm pretty sure I will never ever everrr be at my wedding weight again. I've accepted it, it's ok.
How do you feel you did last week? I was proud of myself last week! Worked out hard M-W, went for a short but good run on Friday and dragged my butt to the gym Saturday morning as well. Yay!

Stay on track with your eating? Minus the influx of cookies in my life (there are cookies everywhere! Between the girl scouts and the baking epidemic that's taken over my office they are everywhere) I have been able to really maintain a healthy diet during the week. I always cheat on the weekends, but I'm ok w/ that - I love food too much not to!
Any weight loss to report? I think I've lost another pound or two. Which is a little odd with the cookies and all....
How do you feel you did last week? It was alright. Could've been better, but DEF could have been worse!
Get all your work outs in? Monday I had volleyball, then rode the exercise bike, then got my workouts in at the gym on Tuesday and Wednesday. With the massive blizzard Thursday, I missed Thursday and Friday, but kicked my own ass Saturday. Today I have to run and then I have volleyball tonight.
Stay on track with your eating? I did pretty well. Saturday I only ate some popcorn because I was running around all day between workout and other stuff...oops.
Any weight loss to report? Don't know...have weigh in tonight. I don't think I will lose more than a pound or so, but I am definately starting to see a difference, which always comes for me before the pounds do. I'm kind of a ball of muscle.
I went a little crazy with a bag of Dove bliss chocolates and I don't want to talk about it.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! I got rid of all V-Day candy & other treats yesterday!
I know I can't believe it either! Especially after putting on 10 pounds during the honeymoon! I think my success has been from eating frequently but smaller portions.
I'm sure you can do it too Rach! Shaun thinks I do better when I try not to focus so much on losing weight. Maybe that'll work for you too?
