Question - about a certain cooking ingredient
I am planning to make chicken enchilada soup, however it calls for Masa Harina. I looked it up and it's a special Mexican flour from specially treated corn. I've been looking for it and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have an alternative ingredient? I'm really lost here.

You can substitute corn meal. I use corn meal in my tortilla soup that I make from scratch.
