Hi! I sorta lurk around here sometimes.
Anyways, I live in Ontario. After I got married, I didn't bother to change my name on my health card because I have the old red and white one that doesn't need to be renewed. But now I have insurance through my job, and now I'm wondering if my insurance being in my married name and my health card (prescriptions, etc) in my maiden name will screw things up. Anyone else encountered this problem?
