so i wanted to order a custom shirt for isla. i found this woman who was willing to do it. i drove her crazy with 1000 questions. i was hesitant because she is more than i wanted to spend , but then decided i would just do it because i really liked it. she will put an applique and two small bows on sleeves. she made a custom listing up for me and i gave her my word that i was going to put my order in.
in the meanwhile, i found someone else (thanks kmm) who can do the same job for @10$ less and better quality bows it seems, plus she will personalize it without any additional fee.
so obviously the savings alone makes me want to go along with this other person. but i feel so bad for the one i drove nuts. what would you do? i know the dumbest problem ever and i cant beleive i have not ordered yet ... and am debating the right thing to do. thanks!
Re: stupid etsy question- what would you do?
Honestly, I think I would feel obligated to go with the first seller, assuming it's just the price thing.
That said, if you actually like the quality of the second seller's work better, I think you could go with her.
If you don't end up buying from the first seller, it won't be the end of the world and they will get over it. But I do think you get what you pay for and obviously the first seller has been providing some great customer service.
