fiveletter- re: smoothies

I've been making my own because there is not a good place near me really (well there are but when I want them at 8:30 PM...)

Vanilla greek yogurt (or regular yogurt; greek has more protein)

Frozen strawberries (or fruit of your choice)

1 fresh banana

bit of orange juice

touch of honey

blend.

I also have done it w/ frozen mango and it's been a tasty tropical treat!

  • I bought the Yoplait ones the other day that you make in the blender.  You add the frozen packet with 1 cup of skim milk.  If you are on the run, they are great and taste great too.  I got them at Costco, but I assume they sell them at the grocery store too.

Oh I'm glad they're good! I saw them the other day and was wondering!
