Well, first things first, I found a dress kind of like this but a more textured tweed at the BR outlet for a steal:

The interview itself wasn't so much an interview which totally threw me off. I went to lunch with the woman I interviewed with (the team leader) as well as the rest of the team (three other people) and the office's HR woman. Everyone was really nice, but it really wasn't anything work related or anything close to an interview. They asked a lot about personal life and we talked about their personal life as well. I guess they were just feeling me out to make sure I wasn't a creeper and would get along with everyone? IDK. It was comfortable though. So we'll see!

2) That sounds even more promising than a second interview would have been! It doesn't seem like they would have bothered doing that if they weren't already pretty sure that they wanted you for the position.
