Work vent
This lady I work with loves to hide behind her computer. Her cube is literally less than 20 feet from my office yet she always send emails and now is CC-ing random people on them. She also doesn't know what she is doing and tries to blame me on these emails. I have tried to go over to tell her what is going on and walk her through things but she seems to disappear as soon as she hits "send". Oh, and she never answers her phone either. I'm trying to be nice on my replys but she is just being really harsh towards me. I had to explain something 5 times already ( each a different way) and she still keeps firing back. One of the people on the chain (and internal customer) is now extremely confused. UGH!

I'm sorry Angela. I totally understand where you're coming from.
I'm dealing with something similar and just had to throw a group of 16 people under the bus because they're freaking ridiculous.
If I need you to tell me things before I can do my job, you need to tell me and make the information you give me correct. If you don't tell me, or you give me the wrong information, I cannot do my job properly. If I get scolded for not doing my job properly, then I throw you under the bus. It is that simple.
