I know its super early, but I'm really excited.
H got a call the other day for an interview. Its today at 11 AM. I've armed him with a list of questions to ask, a copy of his resume and references. My fingers are crossed ridiculously hard. I think I may be more excited than him. So here's my obvious solicitation for happy thoughts/vibes/whatever you got!
I made the pear breakfast crisp from Annie's Eats over the weekend and its absolutely delicious. It even works heated up for breakfasts at work. The entire house smelled like honey granola all weekend from making it. Yum!
So hows your Tuesday going?

Holy Hyper LTB. I read that post as a run-on sentence. T&P on the job interview. I love fruit breakfast crisps, especially warmed up and with yogurt. I have a recipe for an apricot version that I just haven't tried out yet.
I'm almost conscious...slept a good 10 hours last night and feeling pretty much human again. Hoping to get caught up on laundry/dishes/etc tonight since I'll be getting home on the early side.
Work is really slow right now, so I'm spending a lot of time brainstorming our next house project. This isn't our forever-home, so we're not sinking tons of money into remodels/upgrades. Right now, I'm thinking cheap kitchen makeover, mostly cosmetic with just one (small) structural change. I was over on the D&R board and those girls have some awesome/creative ideas. And K was pretty much on board with what I want to do. I think I scare him sometimes.
Haha, I hadn't even had coffee yet! It was a run-on sentence in my head, but I decided punctuation would be really nice.
Oooo a kitchen makeover! I can't wait until we have a house so I can do those things. I spend way too much time stalking decorating blogs. I will admit that I've used the Ikea Kitchen Designer to create a dining room and kitchen that I hope to have one day. Tom thinks I'm crazy. But he said as long as I don't plan for any hot pink rooms he doesn't really care what I do to our future house.

I'm a zombie today and I'm not sure why. I went to bed fairly early, I got up half an hour late. Predictably, I did nothing stressful last night. For a few minutes, I seriously entertained calling in sick. But here I am. Ugh.

I'm barely awake. I need a caffeine IV in my arm today. I don't drink coffee and I've given up soft drinks. I'm hoping some of that fruit I've bought today will help wake me up.
Last night, I worked on therapy stuff for my kiddos and started trying to plan a lingerie shower/bachelorette party for my friend. Jeremy's tennis practice ended up getting rained out so he opted for us to go to the grocery store...yeah. At least we didn't have to wait in line since it was EMPTY. We now have a stocked freezer and fridge. Back home for more brainstorming and then I couldn't fall asleep. I hate those nights and probably why I'm dragging today. Blah

last night i ate way.too.much. it was just ground turkey, but i made enough for the two of us last night and (shocking) gerren didn't like it. so i ate his too. feeling rather depressed about my lack of self control. will kick butt today and the remainder of this week though, i have to!
busy day at work, then headed out to pick up my new iphone today. then laundry and finally actually filing my taxes.
im exhausted. and it is only 8:40.

Not much new this morning. I hate Tuesdays. My boss is in an all day meeting, so I want to slack off, but I have a ton to do. Need.vacation.badly.
Good Morning Ladies!!!
H took last night off so we had a his birthday dinner last night. I made yummy chicken parm. I wish he was home more nights because I actually like to cook but not just for myself. When he has a weekend night off we will go out to eat. I know he loves his job and is really happy but I never see him and they are opening another restaurant which mean I will see him even less. At least he should be getting a raise with the new restaurant which will help TONS!!!!!
Wow this is such a little paragraph and it has taken me forever to write. Stupid work for getting in the way of nesting.

I wish I got up earlier and got more done in the mornings. I've been sleeeeepy.
I did NOT want to get up this morning. My dogs were so snuggly and MFD slept in too.
Last night was a bust. I got home, changed, dusted a bit, cleared off the dining room table, tried to file a couch claim, made dinner, and we watched Jersey Shore, Worst Cooks in America and two Parks & Recreation. I finished my book and fell asleep on the couch during CSI.
No gym for me today, I have a lunch with someone about their website. I'm cleaning out my email now, it's chock full. Not good.
I need to get to the library and Sam's tonight and do some more cleaning.
LTB, I hope everything works out w/ the hubs and the interview!!!
We're getting new carpet installed at work today so things are a little crazy here. I should have stayed home again today, but I'm here.
Last night we were at the tattoo place for 3 hrs...the sketch he did on Don's arm is amazing, it will look awesome! He didn't even have time to finish the outline...still have another 3 hrs of just outlining before he does any shading and coloring. The whole thing will end up costing about $1200, but my FIL is paying for and I'm so HAPPY I don't have to worry about that!!! I'll upload pics to FB later.

I'm here, but barely. Also a zombie. I worked late last night, then couldn't get to sleep, so was awake at least until midnight, when I actually just put my book down to try to sleep. And then I was awake before H's alarm went off at 5. Blurg, not good.
I'm hoping to just buckle down today and leave on time, so I can have a nice evening with H and the puppy.
Happy Tuesday! I had my annual physical yesterday and today I have a dentist appointment to get my teeth cleaned so I feel like I'm being poked and prodded from all angles this week. I am stressing a little because I would really like to get my hair and nails done before we go to NY this weekend for the wedding, but I don't know when I'm going to have time!
After getting weighed at the doctor's office yesterday I've lost about 3 pounds since last Thursday so I'm on the right track! I can't wait until our treadmill is delivered so I can amp up my workouts.

Boring Tuesday, I called in "tired" today but told my boss if we get busy to call me and I will come in. Well at 10:30 I got that call. So I have been here since about 11.
SO, yesterday I get off work and H text me and says he's having chest pain (it started last wednesday) and its getting worse. So I called his regular family doctor and he said to either go to an after hours clinic or to the hospital so we decided to go to the hospital. We got there at 5pm and waited in the front waiting room for 1 hour then went back and they ran a EKG test and chest xrays. Everything looked fine, so what they think it was is his GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) causing his heart to spasm and muscles around his heart to spasm so basically after 3.5 hours at the hospital he got presribed a heavy dose of zantac. I was so tired today and my butt was actually sore from sitting that long!!
Today I am going to relax and do laundry!
