Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh....really?

I am trying to buy tickets to go visit my sister in Alaska so I have been saving money.  Well I had enough in my account to cover the airfare, hotel (doing park and fly), my car payment and then enough to have a cushion for the next week or two.  I checked my bank account balance and it is $300 less than it should have been and I noticed that I got charged three times for my electric payment that I made.  I am so not happy! So I am on hold right now waiting for a customer service representative and it said they are experiencing a higher than usual call volume.  I am wondering if this happened to quite a few people.  Hopefully they fix the mistake soon!  If they do not credit my account soon I will have to wait another week before buying my plane ticket to Alaska.  UGH!

  • That is crazy!  Hopefully they deal with it quickly and politely.  I often find companies are sometimes rude even when it is THEIR mistake.

  • boo!!!!!! Well, hopefully they'll get this sorted out very quickly as soon as you get a rep on the line.  And yay on Alaska!!

  • Thanks ladies :o)  I woke up this morning and found out that they charged me again making it a total of 4 times I have been charged!  I was not happy!  I finally got through to someone and they took care of it and refunded my money immediately :o)  She was super nice and apologetic about it so that was good.  Now I can get my ticket!
