I just talked to the surgery scheduler
Right now she has Lucy penciled in at 9:30 am on April 6th.
9:30 is the earliest surgery time
which means she can't have anything but clear liquids after 1:30 AM and clear liquids until 6:30 am.... I hope she's not as cranky as I think she will be.

Re: Lucy's Surgery update
Poor girl and bad time too.
Keep us posted for sure. Maybe feed her a good dinner to see if it willhold her over?
I was thinking this too. I hope she sleeps late that day!
2012 Reading Challenge
I was thinking the same thing! Many prayers heading your way too.
T&P that it goes well. I'm sure she will be fine, albeit a cranky pants.
I wish, but if I put her to bed later she wakes up earlier, case in point last night she didn't go to bed until 8 because I teach spin and then she had to eat dinner. She was up at 5:20.
What I think I'll do is get her up around 1 and nurse her then put her back to bed, hopefully she'll sleep late. But if she does sleep late (past 630) then I can't even give her water / juice.
So I'll probably get her up at 620 or so and let her drink some watered down juice so at least her tummy isn't empty.
Poor girl- I'm surprised they don't have any earlier slots, but that was the absolute earliest we could get.
